better version?

i want to get this on my right shoulder but there is such a taboo surrounding some of it that i dont think i will the way things are now.i think the smoking skull kinda throws off the feel of this one but i draw in pen so this is what i got

i forgot to mention my muse is bordem in college so thats why the line paper.i hope you can look past that to the art
